As a clinician she places emphasis on offering the highest quality of individualized care; by helping identifying individual client needs, strengths, support system, and resources; in order to assure each individual can begin to feel supported and improve symptoms and work through environmental stressors.
Through the utilization of evidence-based treatment interventions (Motivational Interviewing, CBT, Solution-focused, Mindfulness, guided imagery, guided meditation, strength-based, person-centered, and empowerment-based approaches) clients and families are assisted in becoming their best version of themselves.
By taking a holistic approach, she recognizes the need to address the “whole” person by integrating their spiritual, physical, mental, and emotional forms of well-being into their care. She especially enjoys bringing a little bit of movement in her sessions through walk and talk therapy.
Don’t be surprised if you hear “ Let’s go for a walk!”
