Book the care you need online or by contacting the office at 315-323-7893. Our office will respond to all appointment requests within one business day to schedule your appointment. Please note, If you have an emergency, call 911 immediately or go to your nearest emergency room. We are unable to respond to emergencies through this website.
As an established patient at You Fit Counseling LCSW, PLLC you will have access to your own client portal. Clients who wish to use this service may be able to manage their appointments, review and sign paperwork, and participate in telehealth sessions.
If you would like to use our system, please let us know and an welcome email will be sent to confirm your email address and create your password.

Telehealth Appointments
We offer the option of telehealth appointments to all new and existing patients.
When you schedule a Telehealth appointment, you will receive an email with a link that allows you access to our Telehealth waiting room on the date and time of the appointment. If you have scheduled a Telehealth appointment and have not received the email with the link, please call the office at (315) 323-7893.
Important Tips For Telehealth Patients:
Use Wi-Fi or a wired high speed internet connection whenever possible. Avoid using cellular data for your appointment.
Stay in one place during the appointment. Moving around can disrupt the connection.
Arrange to be in a quiet, private space, like an office or bedroom during your appointment. You don’t want your private information broadcast for others to hear any any disruptions will prevent you from getting the most from your appointment.
You must still be in New York during your TeleHealth appointment**.
Please treat your TeleHealth appointment as you would an in-office visit. Set aside the time to focus on improving your well-being.
Request an Appointment Button
When you request your appointment through our online scheduling system, we will verify the information provided in the appointment form, and we might call to speak to you briefly to help ensure that we can offer you the services that you need.
You will then receive an email confirmation of your appointment. In that email you will find a link to create your Patient Portal Account with a request to complete intake paperwork.
The New Patient Forms helps your clinician to better understand your background and history, allowing them to provide you with the most comprehensive care possible. If you are having trouble with the documents, please call the office at 315-323-7893 to let us know. These forms need to be completed in full online before your New Patient appointment. You will be asked to provide a credit card number. This card will only be charged in the event a patient has any co-payments, deductibles, and/or has incurred no-show fees based on our cancellation policy.
**All Telehealth patients must attest that they are IN THE STATE OF New York while being treated. You Fit Counseling LCSW, PLLC does NOT conduct any out-of-state appointments as it is illegal for our practitioners to conduct any appointments while the patient is out-of-state.
